1.  Net 30 by credit approval. You may pre-pay with check, Visa or Master Card to avoid $8.50 C.O.D. charge from FedEx Ground/UPS. There will be a fee of $25 on each returned check.

2.  The lead time or swatch program covers is up to 5 working days on regular size.

911 Service we will ship your order in 24 hours (within working day, including custom orders) for $20 first piece, and $10 each additional piece.
Express we will ship your orders in 48 hours (within working day, including custom orders) for $10 first piece, and $5 each additional piece.
 

3.  Drop shipments will be charged an additional $3.00 on top of the shipping charges. It will be an additional $5 for incorrect or incomplete address correction with FedEx Ground.

4.  There is a $15 upcharge for the fabric railroaded.

5.  Full credit of your initial $150 cost on 4 swatch books will be awarded once you've made orders on swatch programs for $1000 or more, within a six-month period.

6.  Return policy:
  • Please call for Return Authorization Number. No credit will apply if you do not have RA Number.
  • 15% restocking fee will be charged on any customer's return, excluding manufacturer's error.
  • No return on special size and COM covers.
